The reception is open daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

You can announce yourself at the intercom at reception until 9:00 PM. Arriving a bit later? No problem! Our barrier gate has license plate recognition and will open automatically for you.

Reservation requests

Prefer to submit a request instead of booking online? Then send us an email or fill out the form next to it. Please include your full address and a mobile phone number so that we can, if possible, arrange your reservation immediately. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Prefer to contact us by phone? We ask you to call the reception during opening hours. Outside opening hours, we are reachable by phone until 6:00 PM. If we do not answer, please leave a voicemail.
