North Sea beach

We don't get tired of our beautiful location near the North Sea beach either! With a ten-minute walk you are already with your feet in the water. Once you have passed the dune crossing you enter the wide sandy beach of the coast. There is plenty of space here for everyone. Enjoy reading a book in a dune pan, kite flying, building sand castles, swimming or just relax and work on your tan. The coast is a true paradise for everyone!

Beach pavilions

Of course you can enjoy the many beach pavilions and terraces throughout the year. Order a nice snack and drink while overlooking the sea. Enjoy culinary delights, such as mussels or just an ice cream. You will only become aware of the time again when you see the sun set under sacks in the sea.

Spotting seals

Would you like to spot seals? Then you've come to the right place. From two hours before to two hours after low tide you will spot seals most of the time on the sandbanks off the coast, otherwise all day long at the spui on the North Sea side of the Brouwersdam.

Tip

The sandy beaches of the island of Schouwen-Duiveland are accessible all year round. So be sure to visit the beach during the winter months! Get a breath of fresh air, look for seashells together or clear your head with a nice book on the beach. Really get away from it all!
